Can I CC people when I 'Report an Incident'?
When 'reporting an Incident' you should have the option to 'add CC', if this is not displaying it is because you have not created an account/signed in to your account.


You can CC multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma.


Can I CC people into Service Requests?

When raising a service request you have the option to 'add CC', however please be aware that those that are CC'd into the ticket cannot view the entire ticket, only the status of the ticket and any comments that are added to it.
